Al Rashid Trading and Contracting Company was established in 1957 and expanded vigorously in field of contracting. RTCC was awarded to build numerous houses, college campus, medical centers, infrastructure, water supply works and railway projects from renewed clients.

In 2020, DANAH Real Estate - Facilities Management Division was established as sister company of RTCC and is providing Integrated Facilities Management to properties owned by RTCC.

 These properties include multiple Residential and Commercial Buildings, High-rise Towers, Mega Mall and Hotel.
